Intorqueo was created in 2022 in order to support a variety of non-industry specific companies to innovate and improve their businesses. We have a network of veterans of industry and subject matter experts across a variety of functional areas at our disposal to ensure we only ever promise what we can deliver.
Following on from experience gained, should the need arise, we are also able to develop exit strategies for our clients and lead their execution through a variety of channels tailored to our client's needs.

Our First Purchase: A venture into leisure...
Through a 100% Share Purchase Agreement, we have acquired a fitness company facing challenging times and closure.
Our due diligence was swift and with a "light touch" we ensured that we completed within four weeks of initial contact.
Through engagement with the existing membership, enhanced social media management and word of mouth marketing, we are well on the way to a sustainable turnaround, creating FCF, re-investing in facilities, expanding the adressable market and growing memberships.
