Since graduating from Coventry in the 1990s with an Engineering Degree, rather than pursue a MBA, Jonathan progressed through the ranks in the car manufacturer, Nissan Motor Co.
As part of the "0.05% High Potentials" Global Executive Training plan, Jonathan held a variety of positions across the business, with foreign assignments in both Japan and Russia.
Based in Moscow, Jonathan was finally responsible for Nissan's Russian business, where strategy and "getting stuck in" were required in equal measure.
Back in the UK since 2017, Jonathan has lead teams in VC and privately owned start-ups and SMEs across various industries.
